We will deliver you goods that were purchased in our online store at a convenient time for you. After receiving the order, we will contact you to clarify the address and delivery time, as well as discuss any shortcomings. Delivery of goods is not included in the price of goods.

Delivery of goods is possible on business days from 9:00 to 16:00

Free delivery for orders over 1,500 EUR (except for oversized and heavy cargo)

• The goods are delivered to the nearest driveway, door of the house / staircase
• Fee for driver assistance in the delivery of goods - 5.00 euros
• Please coordinate non-standard services in advance.

• Upon receipt of the purchase, you must present an identity document
• Before receiving the goods and signing the bill of lading in the presence of the courier, visually evaluate the outer packaging of the goods
• Be sure to keep the invoice for warranty service.
